A new facility for a local masonry contractor which showcases a variety of masonry products, including concrete block, brick and natural stone. Randomly placed colored glass blocks interrupt the otherwise rhythmic cadence of the unit masonry & provide colorful rays of light in the large warehouse/production spaces.
Larrabee Animal Medicine - a new 3-story building in the Historic Fairhaven District, including a veterinary clinic on 2 levels & offices on the 3rd.
Gateway Center - a new 20,000 sf 3-story office building in Bellingham.
Performance Physical Therapy - a new 7,000 s.f. therapy facility.
Rice Insurance - complete remodel/updates to an existing building in Bellingham.
Deming Library - expansion of the Public Library/Community Center.
Barkey Dental - a new dental clinic in an existing building in the Barkley neighborhood.
Bellingham Public Market - conversion of an old Safeway into a public market for various businesses, including a grocery store, and food & craft vendors.
Eclipse Bookstore
A new 2-story bookstore in the Fairhaven Historic District. Materials include structural red brick, open-web roof joists, reclaimed timber flooring. Each level incorporates large full-width folding doors to allow the store to open completely to the street or to the views of Bellingham Bay. The design received a Mayor’s Arts Award in 2002.
Whatcom Humane Society - a new 20,000 sf facility for the care & adoption of animals.
Fussner Building - complete remodel & update of a historic building in Bellingham which is home to several business, including office & retail.
Bellingham YWCA - various ongoing improvements & upgrades to a fabulous historic building.
Tivoli Restaurant - a new restaurant in a historic building in downtown Bellingham.
Feller Heating - office/reception/showroom addition for a local heating contractor.
The Fountain Bistro - conversion of an existing KFC into a new neighborhood bistro the Colonel could be proud of.
Animal Emergency Care - conversion of an existing 14,000 s.f. building into a new facility for emergency care of animals.
Whatcom Wildlife Center - a new 3,000 s.f. wildlife rehabilitation center, including outdoor mammal enclosures and flight enclosures for raptors.
